Tomàs Marqués-Bonet, ICREA Researcher at the Institut de Biologia Evolutiva (UPF-CSIC) will coordinate the teaching and research activities related to genetics. He will also coordinate the practical teaching classes of UPF students at the Zoo headquarters, working together with Mª Teresa Abelló, primate curator at the Barcelona Zoo. This initiative wants to promote high quality and competitive Research on zoological installations.
