Anna Ullastres, a PhD student in González lab, has been awarded the VII Premi Antoni Prevosti de Biologia Evolutiva. The Antoni Prevosti prize is given to the best oral communication by a young investigator in the  Jornadas de Biologia Evolutiva that are held at the Institut d'Estudis Catalans every summer since 2001. Anna win the prize with her presentation on Exploring the phenotypic space of a putatively adaptive transposable element insertion in Drosophila. Congratulations Anna!
